What Is the ep.gov.pk Track & Trace Website?

Private couriers often use riders with phone apps. Pakistan Post tracking comes from scans made at post offices, sorting offices and offices that handle international mail.
How a Scan Gets to the Website
Each update on the tracking page comes from a scan when postal staff handle your item or its mail bag. The usual order is:
The item is weighed, booked at the counter and given a barcode receipt. This creates the first record, with the sending office and date.
Items going the same way are put together in a mail bag. The bag is scanned before it leaves.
Mail bags travel between cities through sorting offices, and some go by the Railway Mail Service (RMS). Bags are opened and checked when they arrive.
At the delivery post office, the item is taken out of the bag and given to the local postman for delivery, or kept for you to collect.

- No live map: Pakistan Post does not show a live map or give you the postman’s phone number. Postmen follow set delivery rounds in each area.
- Updates take time: Scans can take some time to appear on the website. A short delay between the item arriving and the update showing is normal.
- Keep records: Save or print important updates, such as proof of delivery, in case you need them later.

Post offices sort mail at set times, so checking once a day is usually enough. Refreshing the page many times a day rarely shows anything new.
Save Important Updates
When an important update appears, such as arrival at your post office or delivery, take a screenshot or print the page. It can help if there is ever a question about when your item was delivered.
Stay Safe: Watch Out for Fake Delivery Messages
Be careful of fake SMS messages or emails saying your parcel cannot be delivered until you pay a small "address update fee" or customs fee through a link.
Do not pay through links in messages you did not expect. If you owe any customs duty or fee, you will get a postal notice and can pay at the post office. Always type ep.gov.pk or pakpost.gov.pk into your browser yourself instead of tapping links in messages.
