Should You Call Pakistan Post or Track Online?
Track online to check:
- If your item has left the first post office.
- If it has reached the sorting office in your area.
- If it has been delivered and signed for.
- Decoding tracking barcode abbreviations.
Call the helpline to:
- Ask about an item that has not updated for several days.
- Ask for another delivery try or check your address.
- Report registered mail that arrived damaged or opened.
- Ask about the money order payment for a UMS cash on delivery item.
What to Have Ready Before You Call
The tracking number from your receipt.
The receiver’s name exactly as written on the item.
The post office stamp and booking date on your receipt.
Write down the name of the person you spoke to and any reference number they give you.
